BULL-BOND® PROFLEX™ es un sellador elastomérico tipo techo-frío, estireno acrílico, reforzado con fibras, modificado con silicona y con un acabado ultra blanco. Formulado para sellar y proteger techos contra el agua y los rayos UV en climas tropicales extremos. El refuerzo de fibra de la membrana provee una alta resistencia a la tensión, la capacidad de puenteo de fisuras, y durabilidad.

BULL-BOND® PROFLEX™ is a high-build, styrene acrylic, elastomeric, fiber-reinforced, ultra-white cool roof coating, formulated to seal, protect and waterproof roofs in extreme tropical climates. The membrane’s fiber reinforcement provides hardness, durability, a high resistance to tension and the ability to bridge small cracks. PROFLEX ™ is highly resistant to mildew, fungus, algae growth, ponded water and has strong adhesion to the substrate with or without the use of a primer. The coating’s high reflectivity is due to the coating’s ultra-white finish that reflects the sun’s heat and UV rays; as a result, PROFLEX™ cools the roof surface, reducing interior temperatures and cooling costs. PROFLEX™ has strong adhesion over concrete, asphaltic roofing membranes, galvanized steel and other metals, wood, cement board and polyurethane foam.
