BULL-BOND® PRO-SIL™ es un sellador elastomérico tipo techo-frío, 100% silicona, alto en contenido de sólidos y con un acabado ultra blanco. Formulado para sellar y proteger techos contra el agua y los rayos UV en climas tropicales extremos. PRO-SIL ™ está elaborado a base de silicona pura, lo que lo hace un material inorgánico completamente inerte a las bacterias, hongos y el crecimiento de algas y resistente a las condiciones asociadas con agua estancada. La composición química de PRO-SIL ™ lo hace muy resistente al ambiente, 100% hidrofóbico y fácil de lavar.

BULL-BOND® PRO-SIL™ is a high-solids, 100% silicone, elastomeric, ultra-white cool roof coating, formulated to seal, protect and waterproof roofs in extreme tropical climates. PRO-SIL™ is based of pure silicone rubber which makes it an inorganic coating material. This is why it is completely inert to bacteria, fungi and algae growth therefore resistant to permanent ponded water conditions. The chemical composition of PRO-SIL™ makes it extremely durable and cleanable for the entire roof life. PRO-SIL™ high reflectivity is due to the coating’s ultra-white finish that reflects the sun’s heat and UV rays; as a result, PRO-SIL™ cools the roof surface, reducing interior temperatures and cooling costs. Approved by NSF P151 Protocol; Rain water Catchment System Components. This NSF program P151 Protocol, establishes and certifies testing guidelines for products that come in direct contact with rainwater that in use for drinking products certified do not impart contaminants into the rainwater in direct contact with them.
