Bull-Bond® SIL HS™ es un recubrimiento impermeabilizante de silicona 100% pura, sin solventes y de un solo componente, formulado para curar por humedad en climas tropicales. Ofrece una membrana elástica, impermeable y continua, ideal para techos planos.

Substratos Compatibles:

• Superficies recubiertas previamente con silicona

• Requiere imprimación PRO-SIL® Red Primer en superficies específicas

• Sólidos por peso/volumen: 95% ±1%

• Curado total: 12–24 h / Tacto seco: 60 min

• Resistencia al fuego: Clase A / Resistencia al viento: 900 psf

• Alargamiento: 175% / Resistencia a la tracción: 235 psi

Requisitos de Aplicación:

• Superficie limpia, seca, sin humedad y al menos 10°F (5.5°C) sobre el punto de rocío

• Temperatura de aplicación: entre 55°F (12°C) y 105°F (40°C)

• Uso de imprimante obligatorio en ciertos substratos

• No aplicar si hay riesgo de lluvia, rocío o humedad elevada (>90%)

Garantía:

• Garantía de 10 años si se aplica siguiendo los lineamientos del fabricante

• Renovable previa inspección técnica

• Limitaciones aplican: daños estructurales, mala instalación o mal uso anulan la garantía

High-Solids Silicone Roof Coating

Bull-Bond® SIL HS™ is a solvent-free, 100% pure silicone, single-component, moisture-cured elastomeric roof coating designed for tropical environments. It forms a seamless, waterproof membrane ideal for flat roofs with ponding water.

• Renewable with timely inspection

• Limitations apply: structural damage, poor installation or misuse void warranty
